Skillya is a digital education platform offering online courses, learning materials, and educational content. Our services include but are not limited to:

Certificates upon course completion

3. User Accounts

To access our courses, you must:

Create an account with accurate and complete information
Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent)
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Course Purchase & Access

LICENSE TO ACCESS (NOT OWNERSHIP)

When you purchase a course, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal growth. You do NOT own the video files, intellectual property, or underlying content.

Access Rights: Your payment grants you permission to view the content on our platform.
Revocable License: We reserve the right to revoke this license if you violate our terms.
Business Shutdown: "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the Service. If Skillya ceases operations or shuts down for any business/technical reason, your access to content will terminate, and we accept no liability or refund responsibility.
After-Sales Support: Purchase covers course content only. We are not obligated to provide 1-on-1 support, troubleshooting, or after-sales service. Any community support provided is complementary and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Payment is processed securely through PhonePe payment gateway
Full payment is required before accessing course content
Prices are subject to change without notice (existing purchases unaffected)

6. Refund Policy

As Skillya offers digital products with instant access:

Refunds are not available after purchase
Cancellation is not allowed once payment is completed
Exception: Refunds for double/mistaken payments only

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Skillya, including but not limited to:

Course videos, materials, and documents
Website design, logos, and graphics
Text, images, and audio content

are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Anti-Piracy & Content Security

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Skillya employs advanced piracy detection systems. Any account found involved in piracy will be permanently banned without refund, and legal action may be taken.

One Account = One User: Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. Our system detects concurrent logins and suspicious activity.
No Downloading: Downloading videos using third-party tools or extensions is illegal and tracked.
No Redistribution: Selling, sharing, or uploading Skillya content on other platforms (Telegram, Drive, YouTube, etc.) is a criminal offense.
Digital Fingerprinting: Our content is watermarked and digitally fingerprinted to trace leaks back to the source account.
Legal Consequences: Piracy is a punishable offense under the Copyright Act. We actively pursue legal action against violators for damages.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Share your account credentials with others
Download, record, or redistribute course content
Use automated tools to access or scrape content
Attempt to bypass security measures
Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Harass or harm other users or instructors

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms and Conditions
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Share or redistribute course content
Misuse the platform in any way

11. Important Disclaimers & No Guarantees

A. Educational Purpose Only (No Professional Advice)

B. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

We make NO guarantees regarding the results, earnings, income, or career advancement you may achieve.

Past student results are not typical and do not guarantee your future success.
We are not responsible for any financial loss or business failure.

C. Platform Availability & Shutdown

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Clause: Skillya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. In the event of a permanent shutdown due to business closure, technical failure, or other reasons, we shall have no liability for any loss of content, progress, or access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Skillya, its directors, employees, and instructors shall NOT be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill.
Any technical failure, data loss, or security breach beyond our reasonable control.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course or service in question.

13. Force Majeure

Skillya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, internet service provider failures, denial of service attacks, or technical failures.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
